ULAMEX stocks aluminum semi-finished products in the most widely used alloy series: EN AW-6060, 6063 and 6082 (AlMgSi family — profiles and structural components), EN AW-5754 and 5052 (AlMg family — sheet, marine and chemical use), and EN AW-1050A (commercially pure aluminum — sheet and electrical applications). All alloys are available in standard temper designations (T5, T6, H22, H24, H111).

EN AW-6063 is the standard extrusion alloy, offering excellent surface finish and good corrosion resistance — ideal for architectural profiles, window frames and decorative applications. EN AW-6061 (and the European equivalent 6082) provides higher tensile strength and is preferred for structural and load-bearing components. Both alloys are weldable, but 6082/6061 offers better performance in high-stress applications.

Yes. ULAMEX ships aluminum products to customers throughout Europe, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Scandinavia, the Benelux countries, France, and Central Europe. Delivery is arranged from our warehouse in Poland, with standard lead times depending on order volume and destination.

ULAMEX is certified to EN 1090 for the supply of structural metal components, and our quality management system complies with ISO 3834. Mill test certificate 3.1 per EN 10204 is available on request. As each certificate is batch-traceable and individually assigned per shipment, it must be specified when placing the order.

For outdoor applications, EN AW-6063 and EN AW-6060 offer good natural corrosion resistance and are the most common choice for architectural and exterior profiles. For marine or highly corrosive environments, EN AW-5754 (AlMg3) and EN AW-5083 provide superior resistance to saltwater and chemicals. Anodized finishes further enhance the durability of all aluminum alloys in outdoor conditions.

Yes. We offer aluminum cutting to size on profiles, bars, tubes and sheet. Cuts are performed to your specified dimensions with standard sawing tolerances. This service is available for both stock items and project quantities. Please include your required dimensions when submitting your inquiry.

The choice depends on the application. Aluminum is approximately one-third the weight of stainless steel, making it ideal where weight reduction matters (transport, facades, solar structures). Stainless steel offers higher strength, superior heat resistance and is required for food-grade and high-temperature environments. For corrosion resistance, both materials perform well — aluminum naturally and stainless steel through its chromium content. ULAMEX supplies both materials, enabling direct comparison and single-source procurement.
