ULAMEX is a wholesale-only supplier. Our standard minimum order is one full bundle or package per product, which typically corresponds to a full truck load for international deliveries. For domestic and nearby markets, smaller quantities may be possible. Contact our export team to discuss your specific requirements.

To prepare an accurate offer, please provide:

We accept payment by bank transfer (wire transfer). Standard payment terms depend on the order volume and business relationship:

• New customers: Prepayment or payment upon delivery
• Established customers: Net 14-30 days, subject to credit approval

Yes. ULAMEX holds EN 1090 certification for the execution of steel structures and ISO 3834 certification for fusion welding quality requirements. These certifications ensure our products meet the highest European standards for structural steel used in construction. Copies of our certificates are available on our Certificates page or upon request.

Yes. We can supply mill test certificates according to EN 10204 Type 3.1 (inspection certificates issued by the steel mill) for our products. If you require 3.1 certificates, please specify this when requesting your quote so we can ensure the material is sourced with the appropriate documentation.

Our standard stock includes the most common European structural and stainless steel grades:

Yes. In addition to our standard stock, we can source non-standard sizes, special profiles, and custom lengths from our network of European steel mills and suppliers. Lead times for special orders typically range from 2 to 6 weeks depending on the product. Contact our team with your specifications and we will confirm availability and delivery time.

For products available in stock, typical delivery times within the EU are:

• Poland & neighboring countries: 1-3 business days
• Central Europe (DE, CZ, SK, AT, HU): 3-5 business days
• Western & Southern Europe: 5-7 business days

Delivery times depend on the distance, product availability, and transport arrangement. Exact timelines are confirmed with each offer.

• DAP delivery (Delivered at Place): We arrange transport to your location. The transport cost is included in our offer.
• EXW (Ex Works): You organize your own transport and collect from our warehouse in Tomaszów Mazowiecki, Poland.

We work with experienced logistics partners specialized in steel transport across Europe. Transport terms (Incoterms) are agreed upon in each order.
