Mounting Options

Straight Posts for Concreting
The most common installation method. The lower portion of the post (500–600 mm) is embedded directly into a concrete foundation, typically using C20/25 grade concrete in a hole of approximately 300×300 mm cross-section. This method provides excellent lateral stability and is the standard approach for new fence installations on unpaved ground.
Advantages: Maximum stability, lowest cost, no additional foundation work beyond post holes. Suitable for all soil types with appropriate hole depth.
Base Plate Posts (Bolt-Down)
Posts with a welded steel base plate (typically 150×150 mm or 200×200 mm) are designed for mounting onto existing concrete foundations, kerbs, retaining walls or other solid substrates using anchor bolts or chemical anchors. The base plate is factory-welded and fully galvanized as part of the post assembly.

Surface Treatment
